Foxnudge is provided under Apple’s Standard License Agreement (EULA). These terms add a few points specific to Foxnudge.

Using Foxnudge

Foxnudge helps you remember things. Alerts depend on your device’s settings (notifications, sound, Focus), so please don’t rely on it alone for anything critical, such as medicine.

Premium

Premium is a yearly subscription. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
Manage or cancel anytime in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

AI wishes

Messages written by AI may not always be right for the moment. Please read them before sending; you’re responsible for what you send.

Liability

Foxnudge is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using the app, including missed reminders or data loss.
